A 32-year-old Mount Forest man has been charged following a fire at a Mount Forest apartment building.
OPP say Patrick McDermott is charged with arson by negligence following a blaze early this morning that caused an estimated $100,000 in damages.
Police, firefighters and EMS were called to the Egremont Street North residence around 5:50 a.m.
All residents in the 10-unit complex were evacuated due to the blaze, although police say it was contained to one single unit.
A 32-year-old man was transported to hospital after suffering burns to his hand.
