EPCOR opening customer centre.

Kincardine | by Craig Power

Still waiting for approvals, EPCOR sets up shop in Kincardine to answer questions.

Southern Bruce County is inching even closer to the reality of having access to natural gas.

The Municipalities of Arran-Elderslie, Kincardine and the Township of Huron-Kinloss chose to go with utility provider EPCOR as the supplier of natural gas to the region.

The good news is, EPCOR has now opened a Customer Care Centre on Queen Street in Downtown Kincardine.

The new centre will allow people to drop by and have any questions or concerns answered surrounding natural gas and costs associated with it.

A grand opening of EPCOR's new Customer Care Centre will take place on Friday, June 23rd, 2017 starting at 12:30pm.

The overall final approval process must still be initiated by the Ontario Energy Board before final approvals are given on the project.
