Themed Weekends

Every so often we like to shake things up a bit with a special themed weekend!  Here is the list of themed weekends coming up in 2010...

• January 30-31: Grammys Weekend (airs Sunday night Jan 31st)
• February 13-14: Valentines
• February 27-28: Beatles Weekend (George Harrison's birthday on Feb 25th)
• March 6-7: Movie Hits  (82nd Academy Awards on Sunday)
• March 13-14: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (this year’s inductees include Genesis, ABBA, and The Hollies on March 15th)
• April 3-4-5: One Hit Wonders
• April 17-18: #1 Hits Of 60s 
• May 8-9: Mother’s Day – Rock and Roll Moms
• May 22-23-24: Elvis Weekend
  
• June 5-6: #1 Hits Of 70s
• June 19-20: Summer Hits (1st weekend of Summer)
• July 3-4: Made In Canada Weekend
• July 25: Elvis Day (Live from Collingwood Elvis Festival)
• July 31-August 1-2: Late Great Artists
• August 21-22: Woodstock (Summerfolk weekend)
• September 4-5-6: Labour Day #1 Hits Weekend
• September 18-19: Beach Boys (Final Weekend of summer)
• October 9-10-11: Thanksgiving  “Disco” Weekend
• October 30-31: Halloween Weekend
• November 6-7: Eagles (Glen Frey’s 62nd birthday on Nov. 6th)
• November 13-14: Gordon Lightfoot (Nov. 17th is his 72nd  Birthday)
