Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 41 year old man with assault after an incident at the Tim Hortons in Hepworth.
OPP say it happened at about 12 Sunday afternoon (August 16th).
Officers were dispatched after a group of young adults at the Tims were confronted by two older men and they argued.
Police say the situation escalated to physical violence and one person was punched, resulting in minor injuries to the victim.
OPP say the fight ended and the older men drove away. The licence plate was provided to police.
OPP Police located and stopped the vehicle on Highway 10 in Grey Highlands.
They have charged a Scarborough man with assault.
He has a court date in October.
